The Highlander
The Highlander Coater is a high technology coating machine and is the backbone of our coating capabilities. It offers in-line siliconising; an extensive range of pressure sensitive aqueous acrylic adhesives; and has the ability to coat a wide range of laminated and permanent tag products.
Capabilities:
• Machine Width 1.5 Metres.
• Gravure Coating technology.
• Aqueous acrylic adhesive technology.
• In-line “solventless” siliconising of release paper.
• Coat weight range from 14gsm to 30gsm.
• Substrate range from 30 to 300 micron.

• DURABLE FILMIC RANGE - Extensive durable filmic range available with a variety of adhesives and release liners.
• TWINSTICK PRODUCTS - A wide variety of twinstick products, any combination of face and adhesive is possible.
• TAG PRODUCTS - An extensive range of laminated tag products, available with direct thermal and thermal transfer.
