Smith & McLaurin's Marketing & Sales Team gets back to basics.
As a company that continuously invests in the professional development of its employees, Smith & McLaurin commissioned an internationally respected training consultancy to deliver a two day sales training course to our experienced UK sales team. Key themes discussed included the sales process, dealing with customer objections and other useful sales tips and theory that have
been proven to work.
MTD is based in the Midlands at the highly acclaimed Business Innovation Centre and deliver courses around the UK and Internationally. Mike Clarkson was our trainer for the two days and is a senior manager with experience in the retail & corporate services sector. He is also a successful author and is the International Director and UK Chairman of Ryder Roundtable. The training course was a welcome refresher in basic selling theory and has already made a marked difference to our sales team’s customer approach. There are further training modules scheduled later on in the year, so keep an eye out for further updates.
